How to create an account in ParentLink

Step 1 - Click on 'Forgot Password'

Step 2 - Enter your Skyward ID and click 'Send Email'

Step 3 - A temp password will be sent to your personal email address. Go back to the ParentLink URL and use your ID and temporary password to login.

Step 4 - Using your Skyward ID, Create a new password and click 'Save'

How to add contacts to your parent account

Step 1 - Login to your parent account and click 'Account' in the top right navigation.

Step 2 - Make sure you are on the 'Account Info' tab and click 'Add'.

Step 3 - Select which addition you would like to make. You will need to add the same number to both 'Phone Number' and 'Text/SMS Number' in order to receive phone calls and text messages. 

Step 4 - Enter the number with area code. Click 'Save'

Step 5 - The new number will be categorized as 'User Defined'. Double check and the click 'Save'
